About this conference
The IT Professionals Forum (ITPF) is a conference that brings IT professionals together for hands-on workshops, posters, and keynote presentations on best practices and lessons learned with IT strategic planning, IT governance, educational technologies, enterprise systems, infrastructure management, customer service initiatives, and cross-team collaboration. It serves as a platform for IT professionals to share updates about innovative and far-reaching projects, facilitate dialogue, and catalyze networking. The Spring 2026 conference will reconvene in a hybrid format, both online and on-site at the IHotel, focusing on themes such as engaging new ways of working, leveraging data and AI, rerouting to efficiency, the next generation of learning support, exploring research frontiers, reinforcing core systems, and other diverse IT topics.
Sponsorship options
Bronze Sponsorship (Early Bird: $650, Regular: $715) includes company logo placement on digital signage, website, and registration page; hyperlinked logo; one 72" table with 2 chairs at the in-person event; acknowledgment in opening and closing remarks at both conferences; sponsorship message at session start; two complimentary lunch tickets. Silver Sponsorship (Early Bird: $1235, Regular: $1360) includes all Bronze benefits plus access to attendee contact information for networking and three complimentary lunch tickets.
