About this conference
Welcome to the 2026 IPTA Fall Conference webpage. IPTA's 2026 Conference will be held in conjunction with APTA's TRANSform Conference & Expo. Attendees are invited to register for APTA's Expo (October 5-6) at Chicago's McCormick Place Convention Center, free of charge, and to separately attend IPTA's Fall Conference held at the same location from October 6-7. The Illinois Public Transportation Association is dedicated to achieving the best public transportation service possible. This is accomplished through advocating the value of public transportation; representing the legislative, regulatory and administrative interests of members; and providing a forum for the exchange of information, ideas, and experience.
