The conference will feature practical, action-oriented sessions on topics such as access to capital and lender readiness, financial documentation, procurement, contracting, supplier opportunities, marketing, customer growth, revenue strategy, technology, AI, digital tools for small businesses, leadership, workforce, capacity building, and growth strategies for women, minority, veteran, and immigrant-owned businesses. It also focuses on regional economic opportunity across the Inland Empire. California State Treasurer Fiona Ma will deliver a keynote address, sharing insights on California's economic landscape, small business development, and expanding access to opportunities. The event offers practical workshops, expert-led panel discussions, one-on-one business advising, and networking opportunities. A dedicated Women-Owned Business Growth Program Track will provide specialized programming on leadership, visibility, financial readiness, wealth-building, and increasing long-term business value.
