About this conference
This annual gathering is a place to recharge, connect, and recommit to ensuring every child has a safe home, strong schools, and the opportunity to thrive. Guided by the theme 'Guiding Lights, Brighter Futures,' the conference emphasizes that every day matters for every child, and brighter futures are possible through shared leadership, strong connections, and collective action. This national conference brings together people from across the country who believe all children deserve a safe place to live and opportunities to learn and thrive. It is designed to catalyze collaboration, action, and a renewed commitment to transforming practices, partnerships, and systems. Attendees will engage in learning and networking opportunities to increase their knowledge of family engagement, community schools, and other whole-child strategies, sharpening skillsets to lead collaboratively, implement effective strategies, strengthen family-school-community partnerships, and co-create a new normal that eliminates inequities of access and opportunity. Together, our guiding lights will illuminate the path forward.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities include: - Champion: $100,000 and above (Partner benefits + address all attendees during 5 general sessions, choose a workshop strand) - Partner: $50,000 (Advocate benefits + support a pre-conference session, reach 3,000+ attendees during a general session) - Advocate: $25,000 (Support attendee collaboration in a chosen state, host a meeting/reception for a specific group, recognize an Exemplary Leader) - Supporter: $10,000 (Logo and sponsor recognition in conference materials, sponsorship of 1 site visit) A La Carte Sponsorship Opportunities: - Site Visits: $5,000 per Site Visit (sponsor acknowledgement in site visit listings) - Reception or Special Convening: $10,000 (inclusive of reception space and A/V, catering additional) - Sponsor an Award: $10,000 (half of sponsorship goes to awardee) - Sponsor a Swag Bag: $10,000 (logo on tote bag for all attendees) - Sponsor a Content Focus Area: $20,000 (e.g., Powerful student & family engagement, Collaborative leadership, Cradle to career strategies, Early childhood education, Expanded & enriched learning opportunities, Rigorous community-connected classroom instruction, Culture of belonging, safety, and care, Integrated systems of support) - General Sessions: $25,000 (e.g., Opening Plenary, Closing Plenary, Morning Plenary, Block Party, Transformation & Engagement Plenary. Includes in-person exposure to 4,000+ attendees, public acknowledgement, video message, logo/tagline in communications, push notifications, app icon, complimentary registrations).
