The IAPD/IPRA Soaring to New Heights Conference holds the unique distinction of being the largest state park and recreation conference in the nation. The conference brings together thousands of professionals, commissioners, and elected officials from around the state for three exciting days of quality educational programming, networking, and professional development.
Sponsorship options
Exhibitor booths are available for the 2027 conference. A Standard Booth Package costs $1650 and includes a 6'x30" skirted/draped table, two contour chairs, a wastebasket, deluxe background drape, side dividers, booth sign, five complimentary exhibitor badges, one valet parking pass, admission to educational sessions on Friday and Saturday, listing in the 2027 Online Exhibitor Directory, general cleaning, house carpet, and 24-hour hall security.
