About this conference
The IAEM-USA Region 9 Symposium is an event designed to discuss regional and national topics around the future of emergency management. The theme for the symposium is "Shared Responsibility, Collective Resilience." It aims to bring together a diverse audience of emergency management professionals from local, state, and federal levels, as well as non-profits and the private sector, to foster innovation and build connections. The event will feature keynote speakers, various sessions, and networking opportunities. An optional IAEM Certification Exam will be offered on August 13, 2026, for an additional fee.
