Homelessness in Delaware: Housing Amidst Uncertainty

Please join us on Thursday, July 16 for our third annual conference, on homelessness in Delaware. We are pleased to announce our keynote speaker: Ryan Moser, Vice President, Corporation for Supportive Housing. This year, we will explore efforts to expand housing (both temporary and permanent) amidst shifts in federal policy and a growing homeless population. Sessions will focus on developing supportive housing, building shelter and transitional housing capacity, statewide and local leadership in addressing homelessness, and vulnerable homeless subpopulations. This event is hosted by the Center for Community Research & Service and the Institute of Public Administration at the Biden School.
