Healthier Together Conference

The American Hospital Association is bringing together leaders from hospitals, health systems, public health departments and community organizations for the 2026 Healthier Together Conference. This dynamic event will highlight data-driven strategies and innovative approaches to expand access to care, advance person-centered interventions, strengthen hospital-community partnerships, and explore collaborative solutions to reduce disparities in health outcomes and bolster resilience in the health care field. Attendees will collaborate to share and discuss promising practices to reduce disparities in health outcomes, while also focusing their efforts on innovative solutions to improve health for all individuals. Conference sessions fall under five primary content tracks: Reducing disparities in health outcomes; Leading practices in data assessment and analytics; Care delivery transformation; Building and maintaining successful partnerships with public health and community-based organizations; Engaging patients and communities.
