The GYTO Houston Pop Up Teacher Conference is a one-day professional development event for K-6th grade educators and leaders, focused on Tier 1 Instructional Practices to Accelerate Student Learning. Held at the Great Wolf Lodge Gulf Coast in Webster, TX, it provides six hours of high-impact instruction, engagement, and classroom systems. Attendees will learn research-backed, evidence-based strategies for differentiation, small groups, and engagement, and receive a professional development certificate, free digital resources, and free swag. The program is divided into two parts: a morning session on the Five to Thrive framework and foundational classroom systems led by Hope King, and an afternoon session on elevating the student experience led by Wade King.
