The event targets senior administrators, compliance officers, and executives from diverse sectors including K-12, higher education, local governments, healthcare networks, and large-scale nonprofits.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are available. These include on-site exhibitor booths with premium placement in the Expo Hall, which come with complimentary full-conference passes for the exhibiting team. Digital and media advertising options are also available, including promotion on social media platforms, in outreach emails to attendees, via a dedicated event app for GrantSummit to connect with attendees, and through signage at the event. Premium slots and high-traffic booth locations fill quickly, and full payment is required prior to sponsorship promotions or exhibit registration and installation. A non-refundable $200 deposit per exhibit space is due within two weeks of invoice date, with final payment due by August 15, 2029. Reservations received after September 1, 2029, require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations received after September 30, 2029, will be charged the full rental fee.
