Fourth Annual National ICAT Conference

The Fourth Annual National ICAT Conference, hosted by the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF), focuses on the Integrating Communications, Assessment, and Tactics (ICAT) training program. This conference brings together law enforcement professionals who have implemented or are interested in the latest approaches to minimizing the use of force, building on the success of the ICAT program which has shown statistically significant reductions in officer uses of force and injuries to subjects. The event aims to foster discussion on how to grow ICAT and better incorporate it into the day-to-day work of police officers and sheriffs' deputies.
