About this conference
This day-and-a-half symposium brings together allied professionals directly involved with responding and delivering crisis services. Attendees will share resources, ideas, and best practices for supporting individuals and communities in crisis, and hear about statewide tools and resources essential for responding, connecting, and caring for community members in crisis. Featured presenters and organizations include Candy Finnigan (interventionist), Chris Fields (retired OKC Fire Department), High Plains Mental Health Center, Passageways, Ltd., The Battle Within, Minds Matter, Douglas County Sheriff’s Office – Community Engagement, and Greenbush – Crisis Preparation in School Districts. A catered lunch will be provided on Thursday, April 23rd.
