Welcome to the first inaugural Flathead Fire Conference, proudly hosted by Evergreen Fire Rescue. We are honored to bring firefighters together for a weekend dedicated to sharpening skills, strengthening brotherhood, and advancing the craft of the fire service. This year's conference is led by Brothers in Battle, whose real-world experience and high-level instruction embody the grit, discipline, and operational mindset required on today's fireground. Their commitment to excellence aligns with our mission to continually raise the bar for ourselves and for those we serve.
