For over two decades, First There First Care has evolved from a local training seminar into a nationally recognized conference. Through its partnership with the Gathering of Eagles, the event convenes medical directors of the nation’s largest jurisdictional EMS systems to share the latest advancements in life-saving protocols, research, and system leadership. This collaboration ensures attendees receive high-level clinical insight directly from leaders shaping the future of emergency medical services. The Eagles are a de-facto coalition of physician leaders who serve as jurisdictional EMS medical directors from major US municipalities and their counterparts in Europe, New Zealand, Australia, and Pacific Rim metropolitan cities, as well as key counterparts from U.S. federal agencies.
