Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available for FireShowsWest 2026. Companies can embed their business in the full FSW experience, with new one-on-one opportunities with attendees. A 50% deposit is required for booth reservations, with final payments due no later than 30 days prior to the event. Sponsorship payments are due in full upon reservation. Booth preference is given by order of reservation. Exhibitor booth purchases include a standard package with backwall and sidewall drape, a 6' skirted table, two plastic chairs, a wastebasket, and a booth ID sign. Additional furnishings and electrical can be arranged through GES.
