Sponsorship options
Available sponsorship options include various booth sizes for exhibitors, ranging from 10x10 Tabletop (Standard: $900, Premium: $1,400), to larger Apparatus Sales Space (20x40 for engines: $2,000, 20x55 for aerials: $2,750), and Equipment Sales Space (15x20: $1,650, Custom Size: $5.50/sq ft). Non-profit 501c3 organizations can avail a discounted 10x10 space for $100. Exhibitor registration opens in phases, with Phase 1 for returning exhibitors in October 2025 and Phase 2 for all, including new exhibitors, on November 1, 2025. Payments are due in full by May 13, 2026.
