Fall 2026 UTINFOSEC Conference: Defend or Do Not, There is No Try...

The UTINFOSEC Conferences offer a unique opportunity for a select number of exhibitors and partners to engage with information security, IT, and IT audit professionals from the 13 institutions of the University of Texas System. With 100–150 attendees, each conference is an intimate, high-impact event. Sponsoring the UTINFOSEC Conference provides valuable on-site visibility and engagement opportunities, allowing your organization to connect directly with cybersecurity professionals, showcase your solutions, and strengthen your brand throughout the event. All sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to approval. The conferences are jointly funded by the University of Texas System and vendor support, with each contributing approximately 50% of the total budget. We offer exhibitor and partnership opportunities to vendors. All vendors have equal access to support various elements of the conference on a first-come, first-served basis, and all funds are directed into the general conference budget. We maintain strict ethical guidelines: exhibitors and partners do not influence conference content or receive preferential treatment beyond the agreed-upon visibility in their selected package.
