About this conference
This highly rated, outstanding program is geared for new Chiefs/Directors, including Deputy Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs and Command Personnel of all ranks. The 5-day session is presented by the MACP leadership. Topics covered will include: Assuming Command; Legal Update, Public Safety Leadership, Human Resources Management & Law, Building a Successful Team, Developing Written Directives, and other topical subjects that all police professionals need to know. All instruction provided by current Chiefs, retired Chiefs, professors and industry specialists. Daily lunches and a Welcome Reception will be held.
