The Executive Training Institute (ETI) and Law Enforcement Expo is the premier annual conference hosted by the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association (MCPA). It is an annual training event and Expo that brings together more than 400 law enforcement leaders across Minnesota to learn from peer and national experts, share experiences, and collaborate on solutions tailored to today's unique policing environment. ETI is designed to equip law enforcement leaders with the latest knowledge, skills, and strategies to address common challenges faced by fellow police departments. The event features cutting-edge training sessions, keynote speakers, and valuable networking opportunities, as well as an Expo Hall where attendees can connect with over 100 exhibitors showcasing the latest public safety technology, products, and services.
