About this conference
The Exchange procurement conference builds relationships among the supplier community and government entities. Co-hosted by the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) and the Procurement Professionals Alliance (PPA), this premier event focuses on learning, networking, and partnering to support public procurement outcomes that are effective, efficient, transparent, and fair. It brings together nearly 1,200 procurement professionals and suppliers from state, local, and educational sectors for meaningful connections and real results.
Sponsorship options
Suppliers and small businesses can participate by showcasing their solutions to decision-makers through 10 guaranteed One-on-One meetings with procurement professionals, exploring unlimited networking opportunities at a dedicated booth in the Exchange Hub (10x10 carpeted booth space included for Standard and Premium Company registration), and engaging in educational sessions and networking events. Additional company attendees for suppliers are eligible for $500 off the standard rate. Benefits also include 6 hours in the Exchange Hub, 4 hours of strategic networking, 4 hours of engaging sessions and discussions, and a 1-year complementary Procurement Professionals Alliance (PPA) membership if registered before December 31, 2025.
