Everybody Works! MnACTE-For All Conference

This conference offers new interactive and touring sessions, alongside enhanced opportunities for attendees to engage with presenters, exhibitors, and other professionals. The 1.5-day event takes place at the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters (NCSRCC) Union Training Center in St. Paul, MN. The focus is on professional development, resources, and networking for those who provide services to individuals from all underserved populations to help them achieve their career goals. By broadening its scope, the conference aims to foster mutual learning and dismantle barriers, thereby contributing to an inclusive and productive Minnesota workforce where everyone can contribute and benefit. Minnesota Association of Career and Technical Education- For ALL (formerly MnACTE/SNP), established in 1975, serves secondary and postsecondary teachers, work-based learning coordinators, employment service providers, administrators, workforce, community, and business/industry partners dedicated to individuals with disabilities across Minnesota. The organization recently updated its name to align with new CTE- For All national guidelines, expanding its focus to include all underserved populations, such as individuals who are homeless, economically disadvantaged, English language learners, single parents, those pursuing non-traditional career fields, youth in or aging out of the foster system, LGBTQ+ individuals, minority populations, and more.
