About this conference
Empower Youth Success 2026 is a three-day event featuring three conferences as one of the largest training and networking gatherings for community schools, afterschool, summer, and expanded learning program providers in the state. It offers professional development training with session tracks on Community Schools, Afterschool, Summer, and Expanded Learning. The conference also includes specific training sessions selected and designed by NYSED and the NYS Technical Assistance Resource Centers (TARC) for staff of 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21 CCLC) grant award winners, and by the School-Age Technical Assistance Resource Center (SATARC) for staff of New York State Learning and Enrichment After-school Program Supports (LEAPS) and New York State Building Opportunities in Out-of-School Time (BOOST) grant award winners. The theme was "Together, We Build Belonging" focusing on friendship, teamwork, and learning together, showing how afterschool and/or community schools help everyone feel welcome and shine bright.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities include Diamond ($20,000), Sapphire ($15,000), Platinum ($10,000), Gold ($5,000), Silver ($3,000), and Bronze ($2,500) levels, offering various benefits such as statewide eBlasts, newsletter features, sponsor webinars, social media recognition, logo placement on the NYSNYS homepage and conference materials, annual sponsor recognition, discount/promo code distribution to members, vendor tables, speaking opportunities, program brochure ads, video messages during the conference, and free conference registrations. Additionally, event-specific advertising and vendor opportunities are available, including Full-Page Ad in Conference Brochure ($750), Half-Page Ad ($375), Quarter-Page Ad ($250), Resource Table Materials ($175). Vendor booths are priced at $500 (For Profit) / $200 (Non-Profit) for one day, $750 (For Profit) / $350 (Non-Profit) for two days, and $1500 (For Profit) / $600 (Non-Profit) for all days. Each vendor registration includes one skirted table, two chairs, and one lunch per day. Custom electrical needs and other special services are available upon request and may incur additional fees.
