El Dorado Workers' Safety Conference

The El Dorado Workers' Safety Conference, part of a series hosted by the Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing (ADLL), aims to enhance workplace hazard recognition and strengthen a culture of workplace safety, thereby reducing employee injuries and illnesses. Sessions emphasize identifying workplace hazards, empowering employees to take ownership of safety practices, and developing systems that reduce on-the-job injuries and illnesses. While primarily designed for hourly workers, the conference also welcomes supervisors, safety committee members, managers with safety responsibilities, and other professionals who can benefit from basic safety training. Healthcare professionals, including nursing home administrators and nurses, can apply the training toward continuing education requirements.
