Edcamp SRU

Edcamp SRU is a free, fun, and informative educational unconference designed for teachers, preservice teachers, K-12 educators, administrators, and higher-ed faculty passionate about learning, collaborating, and making a difference in their classrooms. The unique format allows attendees to shape the event and its discussions, enabling peer-to-peer learning and new perspectives to improve teaching. Attendees can earn up to 6 ACT 48 professional development hours. It emphasizes quality professional development, conversation, and collaboration, with participant-driven session choices. The theme for this year is "Brave the Upside Down: Transforming Learning One Dimension at a Time". The event will be held on April 18, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM at the McKay Education Building at Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, PA.
