About this conference
The EASFAA 2026 Annual Conference is a premier event for financial aid professionals in the Eastern region, hosted by the Eastern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators. Sponsorship options
The sponsorship options are outlined as different levels: Aces, Kings, and Queens. Exhibitor table selection is based on the date of submission. Aces level ($3,200-$3,500) includes two free conference registrations, sponsorship of a selected conference item (e.g., room keys, reception), exhibit space, electronic logo display, conference registration list, website advertisement, inclusion in the conference app, and sponsorship of one webinar. Kings level ($2,300-$2,500) includes one free conference registration, exhibit space, electronic logo display, conference registration list, website advertisement, and inclusion in the conference app. Queens level (non-exhibitor) ($750-$950) includes company logo in the pocket program agenda and electronic display during the conference.
