Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Non-profit organizations receive a free table in the exhibitor hall. For-profit organizations can choose from: - $250 Sponsorship: Reserved table in exhibitor hall. - $500 Sponsorship: Reserved table (if requested), printed company logo in the conference program and on the website. - $1000 Sponsorship: Reserved table (if requested), printed company logo in the conference program and on the website, and company logo included in rotating conference slides. Additional opportunities include Lunch Sponsorship for $4,500 per day, which includes logos printed and displayed at the registration table, with an announcement of thanks during the Conference Opening. In-kind donations of instructional materials are also accepted as conference giveaways, potentially in exchange for a reserved table in the exhibitor hall (value-based coordination required).
