The 2026 County Engineers Association of Maryland (CEAM) Spring Conference will be held at the Wisp Resort in McHenry, MD. This conference offers a diverse and relevant program designed to contribute to attendees' professional development and support CEAM's mission of improving the quality of public works services provided by counties in Maryland. The technical program provides an opportunity to earn over 7 Professional Development Hours over 1.5 days. Topics include nontidal wetlands, legislative updates, local government bridge programs, FHWA grants, AI applications in local government, safe and efficient structure assessments, recycled asphalt roadways, and collaborative partnerships for flood resiliency. The event also features an opening night reception, a Spring Golf Tournament, exhibitor showcases, networking cocktail hours, and award presentations.
