About this conference
Join us for the Conference for College and University Foundations, an event designed for foundation executives and other senior staff of foundations affiliated with four-year public colleges and universities and community colleges. Network with your peers and learn about the critical and emerging issues affecting college and university foundations. Continuing Professional Education credits approved by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) will also be offered. Learning objectives include: Explore trends in data analytics, reporting, data privacy, and risk management; Examine new ways of engaging donors; Illustrate the key role educational foundations play and the ways they provide value to their institutions; Define the three types of foundation-institution relationships (dependent, interdependent, and independent) and consider the challenges and opportunities facing each. Formerly known as the Annual Conference for Institutionally Related Foundations (IRF), this event is designed for foundation executives and other senior staff of foundations affiliated with community colleges and four-year public colleges and universities.
