About this conference
Advocacy Day is an opportunity to meet with members of the Ohio General Assembly to highlight all the amazing things advocates are doing to combat homelessness in their communities and politely demand the investments needed to address housing insecurity. COHHIO plans to set attendees up for a successful day at the Statehouse, where they will visit their elected representatives in small groups. The goals are to establish/build relationships with state legislators, educate them about housing insecurity in their districts, and inspire them to support policies to further the mission of ending homelessness.
