Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available, starting at $4,500 and typically include a display table. A completed sponsorship commitment form must be received by Friday, May 15, 2026, to secure benefits and pricing. Sponsorship invoices must be paid in full prior to receiving any outlined benefits. Cancellation requests must be made in writing no later than 30 days prior to the official event start date and are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
