About this conference
This 20-hour Civil Process Conference, hosted by the Texas Justice Court Training Center, is designed for Constables, Deputy Constables, and Constable clerks from across the state of Texas. The program offers comprehensive training on various aspects of civil process. The agenda includes topics such as duties and responsibilities, managing liability, foundations of civil process, working with counties, citations, practical skills for constable offices, evictions (including legislative updates), writs of possession, landlord/tenant issues, writs of execution, miscellaneous process (attachment, sequestration, protective orders), writ scenarios, and approaches to customer service. The conference qualifies for TCOLE course #1415 and #3131 credit.
