CIB Annual Conference

The CIB Conference is hosted by the WI Department of Justice, Division of Law Enforcement Services. The Crime Information Bureau is responsible for managing four state-wide programs: the Transaction Information for the Management of Enforcement (TIME) System; Wisconsin's criminal history repository, Handgun Hotline and Carry Concealed Weapon (CCW) licenses. Started in 1999, the CIB conference was created to provide critical training for law enforcement, dispatch and members of local government on topics including: Background checks & criminal history, Firearms, Time & Technical Unit, Criminal Justice Information Security (CJIS), TIME and ACADIS, Peer Support, Critical Incidents, And much more...check out our agenda!
