Celebrating Connections Conference 2027

The annual Celebrating Connections Conference is hosted by the early childhood programs of West Virginia. Designed for educators and early care and education professionals, the conference provides relevant information on practices, policies, planning, and research to enhance community partnerships and quality in early care and education. Attendees will have opportunities to network with other professionals and participate in diverse discussions, fostering collaboration within the early care and education community. The conference also aims to promote effective and positive practices, highlight successful state and local programs, share information on community collaboration, provide practical solutions for family involvement, and facilitate understanding of program specifics such as policies, standards, and transition procedures for various early childhood initiatives including Head Start, public/private/special education preschool, Early Head Start, child care, WV Birth to Three, Home Visitation, and the Universal Pre-K system.
