The CEAC Spring Conference is an annual event that convenes County and City Public Works officials, other senior-level staff, and private sector consultants. Attendees will network, discuss challenges pertinent to California counties, and gain insights from relevant experts. The program includes various policy committee meetings, general sessions, and concurrent sessions covering topics such as pavement management systems, communication strategies, deferred maintenance, fiber optic deployments, emergency planning, zero-emission government fleets, AI strategies for public works leadership, sidewalk repairs, stormwater management, strategic funding, grant writing, and knowledge retention within public agencies. It is held in conjunction with the League of California Cities Public Works Officers Institute.
