The CASC Fall Conference aims to provide a forum for County Assessors to exchange useful information related to real property appraisal and assessment practices. It fosters cooperation among public agencies to improve assessment administration, discusses recommendations for laws and regulations concerning assessment, and reviews proposed rules from the Department of Revenue. The conference also facilitates collaboration with the South Carolina Association of Assessing Officials and the South Carolina Association of Counties on mutual areas of concern.
