CASA Law Symposium

The inaugural CASA Law Symposium is a premier one-day event headlined by keynote speaker Rob Bilott, renowned for his pioneering legal career and the inspiration behind the film Dark Waters, who will provide a firsthand account of the evolving PFAS legal landscape. The program will feature high-level insights from leadership at the State Water Resources Control Board Office of Enforcement and the National Association of Clean Water Agencies. Attendees will hear from top national and California legal professionals with deep dives into pressing issues facing water and sanitation agencies, including recent U.S. Supreme Court jurisprudence around the Clean Water Act, A.I. and legal ethics for practitioners and public agencies, and California Proposition 218 for local agency rate setting. CASA is pleased to offer attorneys MCLE credits for this event, and water policy professionals are welcome to attend.
