About this conference
This program focuses on the increasingly critical relationship between Chief Academic Officers (CAOs) and Chief Business Officers (CBOs) in higher education institutions. The event, co-hosted by the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) and the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), aims to provide CAOs and CBOs with practical tools and facilitate deep conversations about the unique economic challenges and opportunities facing higher education. Key interactive, conversation-based sessions will cover topics such as working across cultures in the CAO-CBO partnership, creating thriving institutions through collaboration, finding paths to institutional financial sustainability, and the roles of CAOs and CBOs in ensuring affordability and value. Registration is limited to pairs of CAOs and CBOs from the same higher education institution.
