About this conference
The California Women's Economic Summit is a high-impact, statewide convening focused on expanding economic mobility and small business growth for women. Hosted by the California Women's Business Centers Network (CA WBC), it brings together women entrepreneurs, small business support organizations, policymakers, funders, educators, and corporate leaders to spotlight how women-owned and women-led businesses are central to California's economic future. The summit will address policies, partnerships, and investments needed to expand women's economic power, covering topics such as capital and procurement power, scaling women-led businesses, wealth-building through entrepreneurship, rural economic development, childcare enterprise expansion, maker to manufacturer, creative economy, workforce-aligned entrepreneurship, and immigrant-owned business continuity. It aims to elevate data, lived experience, and policy solutions that align entrepreneurship, workforce systems, and public investment to strengthen California's economy through women-led growth.
