CACTE COWBL Symposium

The CACTE COWBL Symposium is an in-person event offering a valuable opportunity to learn Colorado-specific Work-Based Learning (WBL) practices, network, and collaborate. This symposium is specifically designed for practitioners involved in WBL daily, including educators, workforce partners, and industry collaborators, aiming to deepen their practice, share strategies, and learn from peers. Participants will explore high-impact WBL resources, celebrate successful local implementations across the state, and foster a premier networking environment. The event features Kami Welch, President and CEO of The Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce, as a keynote speaker, who will share insights on the importance of education-industry partnerships and WBL's role in building strong local talent pipelines. Featured sessions will cover Work-Based Learning in Practice, Work-Based Learning for Special Populations, and Capturing Your Work-Based Learning Story Through Data Collection, providing practical tools and actionable strategies.
