BrainStorm Sandusky is a conference designed to connect, inform, and inspire education technologists from around the Midwest, primarily serving the K20 community (K-12 and Higher Education). The event fosters an exchange of ideas among fellow education IT technologists and Ed Tech vendors. Attendees can expect over 120 technology-focused sessions led by colleagues (IT Directors, Tech Coordinators, System Admins, Network Admins, Desktop Techs, etc.) and vendors, providing opportunities to learn new skills and explore cutting-edge products. A dedicated Vendor Fair allows for one-on-one interactions with major education space vendors for hands-on demos and solution discovery. The conference is specifically for technology directors, network administrators, and other IT personnel, focusing on technical aspects rather than curriculum, attracting individuals with significant decision-making authority within their school districts, colleges, or universities.
Sponsorship options
Package Sponsorships include Diamond ($15,000), Platinum ($10,500), Gold ($8,250), and Silver ($6,250) levels, offering benefits such as premium vendor expo booths, complimentary full conference registrations, logo placement, and advertising in event materials. A La Carte Sponsorships are also available, including Table Tents in Vendor Expo ($500), Meal Table Sponsor ($500), Ice Cream/Cookie Break ($2,000), Tech Support Lounge ($1,650), Breakout Room Advertising ($1,000), Conference Scholarship ($600), and Advertisement in the meal area PowerPoint ($450).
