About this conference
Kick off a full day of learning, connection, and inspiration at INCEC Beyond Barriers 2026. The day begins with a dynamic keynote from Dr. Shaun Woodly, setting the tone for transformational instruction that engages every learner, everywhere. Participants will then choose from multiple rounds of concurrent sessions led by the Blumberg Center, known statewide for its expertise in inclusive practices, collaboration, and instruction for students with disabilities, as well as the Center for Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL) Bloomington, which supports educators through research-based approaches to universal design, executive functioning, and systems-level instructional improvement. Sessions are also facilitated by educators and experts from across Indiana, offering practical, classroom-ready strategies grounded in real school contexts. Throughout the day, attendees will engage in learning aligned to key conference strands: Instruction and Curriculum Access; Behavior and Social-Emotional Support; Collaboration and Engagement; Multilingual Learners; High Ability; and Life Skills. Registration includes a complimentary continental breakfast and lunch, along with built-in time to connect with colleagues, celebrate excellence during the awards program, and reflect between sessions. With a thoughtful balance of inspiration, collaboration, and actionable takeaways, INCEC Beyond Barriers 2026 is a conference you won't want to miss.
