About this conference
Hosted by the Craven County Environmental Health Department, this conference provides education, networking, and broad training for food service employees, managers, and owners on the five risk factors to food safety. The event aims to enhance skills, stay updated on regulations, explore innovations in food safety, and foster collaboration among industry, suppliers, and regulatory bodies in Craven and surrounding counties. It features 7 interactive training booths covering foodborne illness risk factors, proper food storage, allergen awareness, building and fire safety, and architect insights.
