AUTM on the Road brings the power of the AUTM community directly to you. This one-day, in-person experience gathers the tech transfer community to connect, share insights, and tackle timely challenges without the time and expense of long-distance travel. Each stop is rooted in the local ecosystem, blending national-level expertise with region-specific perspectives. Hosted in collaboration with local universities and sponsors, the program features a dynamic mix of networking, thought-provoking keynotes and panels, and highly interactive roundtable discussions that encourage meaningful peer exchange. It is a high-impact, one-day program bringing together academic technology transfer professionals and industry partners for a focused, high-value experience centered on learning, connection, and collaboration.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship is available at two tiers: Sponsorship ($5,000) and Supporting Organization ($2,500). Sponsorship includes 3 complimentary registrations, verbal recognition during the program, logo placement on event signage, app, webpage, and promotional emails, pre- and post-event attendee list (excluding email addresses), one dedicated email sent to attendees, and an opportunity to provide a marketing item (e.g., pen, notebook) distributed at registration. Package options for Sponsors include Kickoff Partner (host breakfast, 2-3 minute speaking opportunity), Midday Momentum (provide lunch, 2-3 minute speaking opportunity), and Closing Connection (sponsor reception, 3-5 minute closing remarks). Supporting Organization includes logo placement on the meeting app and onsite signage, one complimentary registration, and one dedicated email to attendees.
