About this conference
The 191st ARL Association Meeting will be held Monday--Tuesday, September 27--28, 2027 in the DC area. Association Meetings are invitation-only opportunities for member representatives to meet in person to advance the strategic priorities of ARL, to interact with experts from within and adjacent spaces in the knowledge sector, and to learn from and with each other as peers. More information will be posted on the event website which will launch in mid-2027.
Sponsorship options
ARL welcomes event sponsorships for member-only events like the Association Meetings. Sponsorships can support the event in general, a keynote speaker or session, a signature event or meal, or an equity sponsorship to cover travel or conference fees. Sponsors receive acknowledgement in print and digital program materials, recognition in presentations and publications about the event, an annual update on ARL's events, and an invitation to meet with attendees for signature event, reception, or public program sponsors. Reception sponsorships are particularly welcome for Association Meetings.
