About this conference

This two-day summit is designed for Assistant Superintendents and Central Office Leaders to help them move beyond leadership theory and into practical strategies. It focuses on leadership development that moves from ideas to action, addressing the challenges of balancing change, competing priorities, organizational culture, and engaging teams. Attendees will learn to lead through change with effective communication strategies, build stronger organizational culture through practical habits, and turn ideas into action by learning from Pennsylvania leaders. Day 1 features an interactive leadership workshop in partnership with Studer Education, exploring the 9 Pillars of Leadership Excellence. Day 2 focuses on 'Leadership in Action,' where Pennsylvania education leaders will share their experiences in navigating change, engaging teams, strengthening culture, improving systems, and implementing initiatives within their districts.

PASA offers a general Sponsorship Program with Diamond ($15,000), Platinum ($8,000), Gold ($4,000), and Business ($1,000) levels. These programs provide various benefits including name listing on materials at major PASA events, complimentary tabletop exhibit space at PASA events that have vendor tables, and opportunities for additional sponsorship of select receptions, events, and keynote speakers at PASA marquee events.
