Arts Education Leadership Summit 2026

Join fellow educational leaders for a two-day professional learning experience that brings leadership, creativity, and storytelling together-set inside the magic of Disneyland Resort. Hosted by Disney Live Entertainment, this immersive convening invites administrators- regardless of their background in the Arts- to explore how strong leadership, policy, and investment can sustain high-quality, standards-based Arts Education. Through collaborative sessions and shared exploration, participants will deepen their ability to: Support and evaluate Arts Educators; Navigate funding and implementation of the Arts and Music in Schools Act (Proposition 28); Develop and advance Strategic Arts Plans; Leverage Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways; Build systems where creativity and learning thrive. All sessions take place inside the theme parks, offering a rare, behind-the-scenes look at what's possible when creativity and storytelling are intentionally designed and supported over time.
