Artificial Intelligence in Business Formation and Corporate Governance

Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how organizations operate, make decisions, and create value. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance will convene leading academics, policymakers, directors, legal practitioners, and business leaders to explore the governance, regulatory, and practical implications of organizations that rely on autonomous AI systems. Regulatory Innovations: Examining emerging state and federal approaches to regulating AI-enabled entities and balancing innovation with accountability. Current Market Forces & Future State: Assessing the practical realities, risks, opportunities, and future trajectory of AI-driven business models. The event will conclude with a networking reception, providing attendees an opportunity to continue the conversation with speakers and fellow participants.
