The Association of Prosecuting Attorneys (APA) and Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler welcome attendees to Tulsa, OK for the 2026 APA Summer Major County Prosecutors Council (MCPC) Meeting. This event will take place on July 30-31, 2026, at the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office. The Major County Prosecutors Council (MCPC), established in 2013, comprises elected prosecuting attorneys from the most populated jurisdictions in the United States. Its purpose is to address the unique demands faced by prosecutors in large urban areas. The MCPC convenes bi-annually for a two-day summit to discuss current issues, grappling with challenges and developing model policies and protocols to effectively administer justice.
