The 2026 Annual Reserve Peace Officers Conference (ARPOC) will take place August 11–14 at Margaritaville Resort in South Lake Tahoe, California. This premier event brings together California’s reserve law enforcement community for four days of advanced training, professional development, and collaboration. Attendees will engage with experienced instructors, explore evolving public safety practices, and strengthen the skills needed to serve their agencies and communities with confidence. ARPOC comprises professionally taught training classes fulfilling POST-certified requirements, providing 24 hours of POST-qualifying training during two-year Continuing Professional Training cycles. The ARPOC Awards honor exceptional contributions in law enforcement, recognizing individuals who demonstrate outstanding service, bravery, and dedication of reserve peace officers, search and rescue members, and volunteers in policing.
