The MMASC Annual Conference is the Municipal Management Association of Southern California's (MMASC) flagship multi-day training and networking event. Attracting approximately 400 early- to mid-level local government professionals from cities, counties, special districts, and consulting firms across Southern California, the conference features keynote speakers and general sessions. These are complemented by practitioner-led breakout sessions focused on practical, relevant, and actionable content, providing extensive opportunities for peer engagement and networking. The 2026 conference theme is "Built to Last: Resilient Communities, Courageous Leadership." Attendees can expect to return inspired to take action with a renewed sense of passion for their careers in local government.

MMASC offers five corporate partnership packages for 2026: Diamond ($10,000), Platinum ($8,000), Gold ($6,000), Silver ($4,000), and Bronze ($2,000).
